Ayurveda can ease this shift. In this session we will, Learn a daily and seasonal routines for the winter to spring transition. Discuss the 6 tastes and learn how to incorporate them into every meal. Make Ghee and a Kapha pacifying Churna from whole spices! Each 2 hour class stands alone so it doesn't matter where you start. Yoga Teachers can earn 2 cue's per class with Yoga Alliance Complete all 12 workshops and get a certificate in Introductory Ayurvedic Practices for 2019
